Two Bedroom Apartment
Each two bedroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker and oven, microwave, Fridge/freezer, cupboards, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans for up to four people.
The lounge room features a 2 seater sleeper couch, 2 occasional chairs, dining suite with up to six chairs, coffee table, lamps, television, phone, air conditioner.
The main bedrooms have the following: a queen size bed, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, linen and towels and bedspread with blankets and pillows. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided with starter packs of toilet paper, shampoo and soap.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps, linen and towels, bedspread and blankets and a wardrobe.
The fully equipped laundry contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Starter packs of laundry detergent are provided.
There are two balconies: the larger balcony contains a four seater dining table and the smaller bedroom balcony contains a two seater; with either Broadwater, Surfers skyline or hinterland views or a combination of the three.
